We process and ship orders within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Please note: Items containing glass, including framed artwork, are only available for local pickup due to their fragile nature. We’ll reach out to coordinate a safe and convenient pickup time — we’ve even met folks at Starbucks!
For all other items, shipping costs are estimated at checkout. While we currently ship within the U.S., we’ve made exceptions for special cases (like shipping hockey gear to Canada), so feel free to reach out to Steven.MuseumofSports@gmail.com if you have a unique request — we’ll do our best to accommodate!
